Post Construction Services
Whether we are building for ourselves, our partners or outside clients, we treat every project as though we will own and operate it ourselves. We will provide input during design on material selections and products that will minimize operating costs for maintenance and repairs in the future. We will put what we have learned in owning our properties to work for our clients.
Upon completion of the project we will conduct a pre-punchlist walk of the building and grounds to ensure the quality meets Edge Commercial standards. We will facilitate training of all equipment with the Owner representative. After occupancy we will conduct another walk of the facility to repair any “move-in” scuffs and scratches. We will provide a 2 year construction warranty for workmanship. We will conduct quarterly follow-up meetings at the site for the first year of the warranty period.
Our closeout documents will include a full set of as-built drawings, Operation and Maintenance manuals on all mechanical and electrical equipment, over stock materials for future repairs, warranty binders, finish schedules, and shop drawings.
