Edge Commercial’s group of experienced individuals make us capable of completing projects from $ 1,000 to $ 100,000,000. Whether you just need a door handle replaced or an entire facility designed and built, we can take care of it.
Edge Commercial is a non-union company, which allows us to perform or hire all aspects of the project as we see fit. We have the ability to self-perform minor carpentry and labor work with our own employees.
Our sister company, DML Construction Services is a union based labor company that can subcontract directly to Edge for union millwright, laborer, and concrete finishing that may be required or preferred by our clients.
Our diverse group of subcontractors from residential, commercial, and industrial industries and from union and non-union companies alike, allow us to provide the best economical choice for the Owner.
If required, Edge Commercial, LLC will provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonding for the project. Our bonding capacity is $ 15,000,000 and is provided by our surety company, Travelers.
