Renovation of the cafeteria dining and serving areas, elevator area, adjacent corridors, meeting rooms and restrooms. Updates included new flooring, paint, ceilings, light fixtures, booths, tables and lounge seating. Finishes were coordinated with a nautical theme including acrylic panels mounted to the wall resembling water, pendant light fixtures modeled after ship lighting, captains wheel wall art and a nature escape video monitor with a beach house window frame.
