An addition to an existing clinic. The purpose was to give the clinic a separate area to operate their new urgent care facility. The addition included six exam rooms, one procedure room, a large waiting room, a large breakroom and support areas for the staff. The project also included an update to the Ingersoll streetscape with the addition of a DART bus stop shelter, new sidewalk, bike racks and raised planters.
