Project Description
This project consisted of three areas of work, completed in a phased approach. An addition to the existing
medical clinic housing a new infusion center and specialty clinic, an addition for space to relocate the
administration staff, and a remodel of the current administration space to create an appropriately sized and
modern lab. The infusion space is made up of 8 open bays, and two private infusion bays. The clinic houses
18 exam rooms, a treatment room, audiology room, EMG, ENT PFT and associated staff support spaces. The
exterior of the building is clad in a combination of split face stone, face brick, and insulated metal panels.
