Project Description
This project included the Renovation of an off campus building to facilitate the relocation of current lab departments located on the Methodist Medical Center Campus. Lab services included were Core Pathology, Toxicology, Microbiology, Cytology, Support Space, Administrative areas and logistical space for couriers. The goal of the project was to construct a state‐of‐the‐art laboratory that meets regulatory requirements, supports flexibility to self‐reconfigure/ adapt for future testing expansion needs, include LEAN Design principals and promote employee engagement and team collaboration.
