Project Description
Brand new 2 story building for UnityPoint Clinics. The center of the building houses approximately 40,000 square feet of clinic space that includes services such as family medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Cardiology, and specialty care pods.
The north end of the building has 10,000 square feet of shell space for a future leasable space or expansion. The south end of the building will house imagine services including MRI, CT, PET CT, X-ray, Mammography, and Ultrasound. These services occupy approximately 15,000 square feet of the building.
The building façade features multi colored fiber cement panels, metal panels and aluminum sun screen fins to help shade the interior of the building without blocking the view out.
